Hourly movers & moving help in Nashville

Nashville movers by the hour

Not every move needs a full-service crew and truck. Dash Moving & Logistics offers hourly moving labor and moving help in Nashville, TN, so you can hire movers by the hour who need strong, careful hands for a few hours. You only pay for the time and crew you need, and you get a clear price before we start.

Our hourly crews are the same background-checked, trained movers who handle our full-service moves, so your furniture gets wrapped, stacked and strapped properly, even when it is going into a rental truck or a portable container.

• Loading and unloading rental trucks
• Loading portable storage containers
• Moving heavy items in or between rooms
• Rearranging or staging furniture
• Furniture assembly and disassembly
• Storage unit loading and cleanouts

When hourly moving labor makes sense

Hourly labor is a great fit when you have rented your own truck or container, when you are only moving a few heavy items, or when you need help rearranging a home before a sale or after a renovation. If you need a truck too, or you are moving a full home, our full-service residential movers are usually faster and less stressful.

How to get the most out of hourly movers

1. Pack ahead. Boxes should be packed and taped before the crew arrives so every hour goes to lifting and loading.
2. Reserve parking. Park the truck or container close to the door, and reserve an elevator if your building needs it.
3. Tell us about heavy items. Safes, pianos, treadmills and large sectionals affect crew size, so mention them when you book.
